Writer & Producer
With more than 30 years of experience in videography, photography, and writing, Sean brings a versatile storytelling skill set to every project. From writing and storyboarding to interviewing, audio recording, still and video shooting, music composition, narration, editing, and graphic design—Sean does it all. His work spans international print and digital media, corporate clients, government agencies, advocacy groups, and NGOs.

Creative Director Yana has been the creative director with DRP for the last 8 years, working on innovative ways to make client ideas come to life. Yana's past work experience includes health policy analysis for investors, public affairs and communications for patient groups, and long-term care case management. Her diverse professional background brings a unique perspective to projects we complete for our clients.
Mary Fleitis
Lead Editor
Lead Editor Mary is a bilingual (Spanish and English) creative professional, visual storyteller and editor with over 10 years of experience in long and short format content creation. Holding a BS degree in film, she has worked in the advertising, broadcast tv, wedding, e-commerce & the pet industry. Mary enjoys collaborating with clients to make their vision come to life and always loves agood challenge.
Shmulik
Chief Security Officer
Shmulik takes his role as Chief Security Officer very seriously, patrolling the office, alerting the team to every delivery, and keeping a watchful eye on snack time. With a bark that's bigger than his bite, he’s the first to greet visitors and the last to leave his post. Whether he's guarding the gear or napping on duty, Shmulik keeps the team smiling and the office safe (mostly from squirrels).
