With over 24 years in the video production industry, Ilya is involved in all aspects of the video creation process, as he leads the efforts to deliver content that is effective and always based on a strategic approach. His passion for video and strong background in technology, business and marketing have helped him take Dynamic Reel Productions to new heights. Ilya maintains a close relationship with each client, always innovating and growing together.

Creative Director

Yana has been the creative director with DRP for the last 8 years, working on innovative ways to make client ideas come to life. Yana's past work experience includes health policy analysis for investors, public affairs and communications for patient groups, and long-term care case management. Her diverse professional background brings a unique perspective to projects we complete for our clients.

Lead Editor

Mary is a bilingual (Spanish and English) creative professional, visual storyteller and editor with over 10 years of experience in long and short format content creation. Holding a BS degree in film, she has worked in the advertising, broadcast tv, wedding, e-commerce & the pet industry. Mary enjoys collaborating with clients to make their vision come to life and always loves a good challenge.

Writer & Producer

Sean brings over 30 years of experience in the areas of videography, photography, and writing. He brings a wide array of storytelling capability to any project, from writing and storyboarding, interviewing, recording audio, shooting stills and video, composing music and recording narration, as well as editing and creating graphic design. Sean has created content for international print and internet media, corporations, governments, advocacy groups and NGOs.
